Pine Forge Academy'scurriculum and instructional format is accredited by the Board of Education of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The school year is divided into two semesters. The curriculum includes high school courses in science, mathematics, language arts, computer literacy, and word processing, as well as courses in religion.

Elective courses in advanced science, mathematics, information management, and music are also offered. The student who successfully completes a course of study at the Academy will qualify for either the College Preparatory Diploma or the General Diploma. Honors Certificates are offered in Mathematics, Science, Music and Business.
