(1) Serve as a liaison between the Pine Forge Academy Administrators, Board and the Foundation Board and contractors
(2) Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of the Foundation Office to assure efficient and effective office operations; organize and coordinate office activites and communications such as: process requisitions, vendor of service contracts, reimbursements, purchase orders; monitor, verify and reconcile purchases and invoices for payment
(3) Coordinate and/or manage the Foundation's fundraising events such as phoneathons, our major fundraiser and others as appropriate; recruiting of volunteers
(4) Function as clearinghouse for all matters relating to the Foundation, fundraising, and scholarships by private donors; develop prospective donors by building relationships by initiating contacts, answering questions, performing follow-up calls, and sending "thank-you" letters to donors
(5) Compose, type and edit a variety of material such as correspondence, Board reports, lists, memoranda and other documents; assemble and compile data for special projects as assigned; verify data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures; format, proofread and prepare written material
(6) Manage the receipt, acknowledgement and disbursement of donations
(7) Work with Foundation's Investment Committee and Advisors
(8) Oversee Foundation's Donor Outreach Program
(9) Assist with Planned Giving through our Leaving A Legacy Society
