One of the critical elements of Board governance and keeping our Donors informed of our progress will be enabled through the use of a Balanced Scorecard which will show the progress of achieving our desired results through year 2010.  The Board will select key measures of success in the following performance areas and report the results routinely at appropriate status updates.  The major categories are:
